Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you and are by appointment ONLY. I recognize that the time of my clients is valuable, and I have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment (no show), cancel last minute or are late, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the SAME TIME. If you miss your appointment and do not show up, you will be charged 100% of your total service. If you cancel within 48 hrs of your appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee for your total service. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we can continue with the treatment, but time will be cut off from your scheduled time and charged for the treatment you originally booked for, unless we come to an agreement and I am able to complete your full appointment. If you are 15 min late or more, it is considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation, so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed/charged unless you fail to give me a 48-hour cancellation notice,  or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.  Please remember to contact me as soon as you know you will be unable to make your appointment. I am very flexible.
