To ensure the smooth operation of our business and to accommodate all clients, we kindly request that you adhere to the following policies: * Cancellations and Late Arrivals: * 48-Hour Notice: To avoid a 50% fee of the total service cost, please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. * Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate other clients. A fee may apply for the full service booked. * No-Shows: A 50% fee of the total service cost will be charged for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. Booking and Payment: * Credit Card Guarantee: A credit card or gift certificate is required to secure your appointment. * Payment Options: Payment can be made upon checkout using your preferred method.
